We charge the accounts that hold a project. The grown-ups who bring whole chapters and whole shows onto AG Life — advisors and event hosts — pay nothing. Everyone starts with a 14 day free trial and no card.

Exhibitor

What this seat does not do

What a family actually pays

A parent seat is $5 however many kids you follow. Each exhibitor keeps their own $5 account, because the animals and the record book are theirs.

Advisors and show hosts are not in this table on purpose. They are free, so a chapter can put AG Life in front of every kid without it costing the ag teacher a cent.

Questions people ask

Is it really per kid?

Yes. Each exhibitor has their own login, their own animals and their own record book, so each is a $5 seat. That is what keeps a kid's records genuinely theirs — and what a judge or an ag teacher expects to see.

I have three kids. Do I pay three parent fees?

No. One parent seat covers every kid you are linked to. Only the exhibitor accounts add up.

Can I pay for my kid's account?

Yes. On My family you can pick up the tab for any kid you are linked to, or leave it to them. Either way they keep control of their own project.

Why are advisors and hosts free?

Because they are the reason a chapter finds AG Life at all. Charging the ag teacher who signs up thirty kids, or the fair board that runs the show everyone enters, would be backwards.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing disappears. You can still read every record, print your record book and export your CSV files. Adding a new animal, AI photo scans and Barn Coach chat pause until you start the plan.

Can we cancel?

Any time, in one tap from Manage Subscription. You keep read-only access to everything you saved.
