Terms of Use

AG Life is built for junior livestock exhibitors, their parents or guardians, and their advisors and club leaders. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms with you. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account for you.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done on your account.

AG Life is a record-keeping, planning and learning tool. It stores your weights, feed records, health notes, money and hours, deadlines and photos, and it does math and gives suggestions based on what you type in.

AG Life is not veterinary advice, not a nutritionist, not a medical diagnosis, and not an official show entry system. Weight projections, ration amounts, feed phase cues, withdrawal dates and AI photo results are estimates from the numbers and pictures you give us.

Always confirm anything about feeding, medicine, withdrawal periods, animal welfare, show eligibility or deadlines with your veterinarian, advisor or leader and the official rulebook for your show. See our Animal Care Disclaimer.

You own the records and photos you enter. You can export everything from Settings at any time. We do not sell your data. If you delete your account, we delete your records.

You give us permission to store and display your content inside the app so it works for you, your parent or guardian, and the advisor of the chapter or club you join.

Do not use AG Life to:

• break any show rule, ethics policy or law, or falsify records
• upload anything abusive, harassing or not your own
• share another exhibitor's information without permission
• attempt to break, scrape or overload the service

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial. Paid seats are billed per user per month as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel any time and you keep read-only access to your records and exports after a trial or subscription ends. Prices may change with notice.

AG Life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the service will never go down or that estimates will be accurate. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AG Life and its operators are not liable for animal illness, injury or death, missed deadlines, disqualification, lost premiums, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

You agree to keep your own backup of anything you must turn in for a grade, award or official record.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the app. Questions? Email office@trimblyhome.com.
