• Account info: email, first name, birth year, role and organization type.
• Project records you enter: animals, weights, feed, health notes, tasks, money, hours, journal entries, photos and event entries.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the app.

We do not collect a home address, phone number or Social Security number, and we do not ask for anything we do not need.

• The exhibitor who owns them.
• A parent or guardian linked with the family code.
• The advisor or leader of the chapter or club the exhibitor joins.
• A show host, for the specific animal entered in their show (name, species, weight and class only).

Every table in our database uses row-level security, so records are filtered on the server — not just hidden in the app.

A parent or guardian must create and approve the account, and can review, export or delete the child's records at any time by emailing office@trimblyhome.com. We never show behavioral ads and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

When you use Barn Coach or a photo scan, the animal's project details and the photo you choose are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. Those results are stored in your account so you can compare scans over time. AI output is an estimate, not a diagnosis — see the Animal Care Disclaimer. We do not use your records to train public AI models.

• Export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings.
• Delete your account and all records from Settings.
• Turn notification and reminder emails on or off in Settings.

Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting provider. We keep records while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your records; backups roll off within 30 days.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme and unit choices. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
